Why 95% Of You Will Always Fail-No Matter How Hard You Try

Why 95% Of You Will Always Fail-No Matter How Hard You Try

5:43 AM 0
Hi everyone,
This is a rather long post. But please bear with me. I think this will be an eye-opener for many of you.
So, and now let's dive in...

The sad fact is that about 95% all people who go online to become an Internet Marketer will fail in the end. And they not only fail but lose a lot of money in the process!

And all that happens despite the fact that the market is literally flooded with good ebooks, manuals, coaching, membership sites, (about list building, Google Adwords, traffic etc.) that were developed with only one goal in mind - to teach you the knowledge you need to become a successful marketer.

But YOU still struggle to make things work for you.

Right now you most probably belong to one of the following groups:

1. You bought numerous Internet Marketing products (or downloaded them in the member download forum ) and implemented all advice, tips and techniques in your own business. But no matter what you are doing you are just not achieving the good results you are hoping for. You have read all the testimonials and raving forum posts from other marketers who used the products with great success. But for you it’s just not happening.

2. You, too, bought every product out there. But instead of using them to start your own online business, you somehow never take any action towards actually building it. Yes, you have big dreams about it. Yes, you can imagine how thrilling it must be to live the Internet Lifestyle. Yes, you study and learn everything possible for hours a day. Yes, you know you should finally start – BUT you just don’t do it. Something is always
holding you back.

3. You have some success already. You might even earn a 4 or 5 figure income already. But your dreams are much bigger than that. The only thing is, you hit some kind of plateau and you just don’t get to the next level. You know you have the knowledge and determination but you are stuck with this level of income.

There is a reason for it, and no matter at which point you said, “Yes, that’s me,” it’s the same reason for everyone.

It’s the missing link for building the successful Internet business you are dreaming of.

Are you curious what the missing link is?

Let me start with telling you an eye-opening story ( I wrote and published this article years ago)…

"Don't Act Like An Elephant!"

Strange statement, isn't it?

But listen carefully because it can make the difference of success and failure in your business and private life.

So, let me explain...

You might know that in India elephants are used for manual labor. But what to do with them when they are not working? How to restrain them?

Their handlers came up with the idea to program them while they are still very young - by setting self-imposed limits into their thinking.

How does it work?

When the elephants are still small, weighing around 150 pounds, they get tied up with a very heavy rope.

All day long, the elephants try to get rid of it, whine, tug at it and some of them even try to chew it. But they can't break free. Finally, the elephants give up and the fight is over.

And now it's getting interesting...

From this moment on, they strongly believe that there is absolutely no chance to get rid of the rope. They accept the "fact" that the rope limits them.

And with this imprinted belief in place, their handlers are able to tie them with extremely small ropes!

And even as adults, weighing 8,000 pounds and more, they never attempt to break free because they "know" they have no chance at all!

As you can see, the elephants’ limits are not real, but exist only in their mind.

And so are we programmed with built-in-boundaries. They are also not real but exist only in our minds.

But with these imprinted belief systems, with these inner boundaries, we are unable...

- to live our lives to the fullest
- to be as successful as we could be
- to set and reach higher goals
- to make 10 times more money as we do now
- to build a successful business
- to get the promotion and pay increase
we always dreamed of
- to fulfill our true dreams and desires

The point is…

Your Inner Belief Systems Will Make Or Break Your Business!

Let me explain this with a simple 'White Hat' example...

Let’s say you are at a stage of your online business where you have built a list to a certain size. So far you didn’t promote anything but put your efforts into building a relationship with your list members first by providing great content.

But now you think you are ready to give it a shot. You heard about a great product and that marketers who promote this affiliate product achieve great results. For you it’s a no-brainer to go for it as well.

With your list size you expect ‘realistically’ at least 10-15 sales. You put great efforts in creating a convincing email about the product – you hit the
'send' button – and, instead of 10 or even more sales, you make only one.

Depending on your existing inner beliefs one of two things will be happening…

A. If you have any negative beliefs in regards of your business itself or your ability of running a business successfully, you’ll experience thoughts like, “I can’t understand why this is happening to me while everyone else and their dogs are doing great promoting this product; maybe I am simply not good enough to be successful as an Internet Marketer; maybe other marketers have better lists than I; I think the experts were right by telling me that my niche might be too competitive for a newbie to have a chance to make money.” And so on…

B. If your core beliefs regarding your business and your abilities in general are positive, you might have thoughts like, “I expected a little bit more, but hey, at least I made a sale at all; I am really grateful for it; I have accomplished something; I have to tell …(spouse) about my success; I can hardly wait for the next email campaign; I expect even better results next time.” And so on…

A week later there is another opportunity to endorse a good product.
If you were the first marketer (A), you don’t feel that enthusiastic anymore but worry a little about the outcome already, but you still create a rock solid email message - you hit the ‘send’ button - and there are no sales at all from your campaign.

Now you doubt yourself even more. Your feeling of being a failure is deepening. You now really believe that something is wrong with your list. You think you entered your market too late to make any significant profit, etc.

And the worst thing that is happening, you are strengthening your already existing negative belief system! And that will make sure that you’ll go the road leading to more and more disappointments and bad outcomes. And finally you’ll quit and will be convinced Internet Marketing is just not for
you.

A damaging belief, no matter if lying open in your mind or buried deeply inside, will always sabotage a possible positive outcome, no matter how hard you try!

If you were the second marketer (B), you feel great while crafting your endorsement email. You are relaxed and grateful for the chance to make some profit again.

You feel highly motivated, and you expect even better results this time – you hit the ‘send’ button – and (drum rolls, please ) you made 4 sales this time.

You feel even more grateful. Your feeling of accomplishment is deepening. Your self-confidence is rising. And, most importantly, you are strengthening your already existing positive belief that will support you in everything you are going to do from here on.

From this moment on you are on the road to success not only in email marketing but in all areas of your business. Your positive belief, your ability to feel grateful for even small victories (sales) and your positive expectation will get you more and more things, results and circumstances you can be grateful for.

Because it is so important to understand I want to repeat it one more time.

The chances for the first marketer are slim to none to make any significant profit with his/her business. The negative belief system that is controlling his or her life will always sabotage the chance for big, long lasting success.

Bottom line: your perception of yourself is the vital key to your success.It's because of self-imposed limits. Your inner boundaries will always sabotage true, long-lasting success - no matter what you do, no matter how hard you try.

So, I hope you now have something to think about.

How to Hire Freelance Content Writers for Niche Websites

How to Hire Freelance Content Writers for Niche Websites

7:01 PM 0

How do you hire freelancer content writers for your niche website? This is one of the most asked questions to me. Because I do work with niche websites, and outsource the contents from freelance writers. I have used several content writer hiring platforms last couple of years. And this article is all about my experience and guideline for you to hire quality content writers for your upcoming project!

Identify the Sources

There are hundreds of websites out there filled with people who can write pieces as you would like them to. For starters, you may look into the platforms:
These few websites are places where you can find quality freelance content writers. Now there are thousands of them out there. You need to segregate the best from the rest.

Post the Requirements

Now the second thing you need to do is to post the requirement of your job. A nice little website description that you need the author for will work great guns. Describe the job very closely. Don’t leave any of the details out. It will be good for yourself to be specific about what you want. You don’t want a quality writer applying for the position and find information to be unorganized or inappropriate, do you? Be specific about what type of person you want for your job. If you want an author with experience, go ahead and mention it. Even if the requirements don’t match, you can always find a close enough person for the job and train him better.

Sample of Job Posting to Freelance Market Place:

Here is a sample job posting I published on oDesk a couple of days ago to hire a writer for one of my niche site projects.

How to Hire a Freelance Content Writer
You can get the job posting content here >> Download It.

How Do you Find The Amazing Writer?

This is easy really. Well, if you follow the steps correctly. If you are particular with the choosing criteria of your candidate and want only the best for the job, you should hire the ones with the most experience. They are usually the best in their sectors and know what they are doing. However, to determine further, just follow the steps below.
Look for someone with experience: Experience beats all won’t you agree? Well, it is true. It does beat everything. You should go with the most experienced author out of several applicants for your niche website. There are others with little or no experience as well. I am not ruling them out. Frankly, they are good too. They might be new to the world of freelance writers or to the website you posted the job in. In that situation, check the resumes for the right candidate. Then you have the option for contacting them directly.
Checking out the Past Articles is a Great Idea: There are smart authors who’ll submit their resumes with samples (if they don’t ask for, I do it). You can select the ideal one who matches the most with your requirements and is familiar with your style of a website from them. Read one or two lines from their past work and you will know whom to choose.
The next thing is contacting the Author: Now when you have shortlisted your panel of authors to choose from, you will need to select the ideal one. The process is easy. You need to contact the authors one by one through any communication method you prefer. Then ask them few questions that you have selected. The question will help you in knowing them better. Start with greeting and experience related questions. Slowly move into the job-related ones. Be on your toes to judge whether they are fit enough for the job. Judge if they are responsive or not. If they are slow in getting your point, they are no good. An author, who responds late, is not good for your job either. Be warned, one who knocks you constantly, can be a red zone to move into as well.
Give the Selected Candidate Detailed Info: You need to be very specific from top to bottom in your selection process. That involves the aftermath of the selection as well. Give your selected man/men detailed instructions about how to go about in your niche website. Is it a product you want reviewed? Do you want them to focus on positive sides or do you want them to be “As it is” to their approach? Make sure you make the facts clear before you move on.

Decide how many Dollars to Pay

The next thing to decide is what to pay for your ideal person. Believe me, you will have to be on your guard as far as the payment method and amounts are concerned. The easiest way to go about things is to pay based on the length of the article that the person has written. If you want a 1000 word article and pay your man with a pen $5, it will honestly be a low price. On the other hand, $70 will be too much. I pay an average 4 to 9 dollar for a 500 to 700 word article.
By following these specified steps you will find outsourcing your content-related works easier. You will not need to go through all the hustle. Just hire the best person you see fit for your niche website. Select a few from the lot of applicants, shortlist them, ask them few follow-up questions, select your best man with all the qualities you desire, decide what to pay him, and you are good to go

Build a better relationship with the amazing authors

This is a must follow rules. Not all the freelance writers are great writers! Whenever you find a great writer to work for you, build a long-term relationship and try to hire the writer for your future projects as well. This well saves you hours of time just to let the writers know about your requirement, writing patter and things related to your project.

Better Javascript Obfuscating Method To Protect Your Code

11:41 AM 1
The thing that I've come across from time to time is unprotected javascript code. Most of the javascript codes are not worth stealing because they don't represent a full program but if you have an online service that's entirely based on javascript code? And what if the service is a premium service then you have to protect your code from getting in to other people's hands.

The best example for this is the SETT Decoder that's entirely based on Javascript settdeco.bhasha.lk

Because javascript is a client side language, unlike PHP which is a server side language in javascipt anyone can read the code. So the best way is to obfuscate your code.

Obfuscation (or beclouding) is the hiding of intended meaning in communication, making communication confusing, wilfully ambiguous, and harder to interpret. - Wikipedia

There are free tools to obfuscate javascript code, one such popular tool is www.javascriptobfuscator.com there are so many popular obfuscating tools out there, but the unfortunate thing is that there are ways to get through this obfuscation and revealing the code.The best de-obfuscate tool that I've come across on the Internet is jsbeautifier.org. This can even decode obfuscation by www.javascriptobfuscator.com.

I was making a javascript that I wanted the code to be protected and I needed a better obfuscation method, I searched the and came across this question at StackOverflow : http://stackoverflow.com/questions/194397/how-can-i-obfuscate-javascript

There are many obfuscation tools are given in the answer to the question but all of the obfuscation by these tools can be de-obfuscated using jsbeautifier.org. So how can I protect my code? There is a simple way to make de-obfuscation nearly impossible.

The trick here is to use two different obfuscation methods on the same code. Let's take this code for example.

Original Code :

function myFunction()
{
var x=5;
return x;
}

Let's first obfuscate the code using www.javascriptobfuscator.com.

Obfuscated code :

var _0x7275=[];function myFunction(){var _0x49f5x2=5;return _0x49f5x2;} ;

Now let's try to de-obfuscate the code using http://jsbeautifier.org/

I get the original code in return, but the only difference is that the variables are hidden but that won't make any difference because we got the good part of the code

Output de-obfuscated code :

function myFunction() {
    var _0x49f5x2 = 5;
    return _0x49f5x2;
};

Now let's obfuscate the code using http://www.daftlogic.com/projects-online-javascript-obfuscator.htm I found this tool from the answer from stackoverflow.

Obfuscated code :

eval(function(p,a,c,k,e,d){e=function(c){return c};if(!''.replace(/^/,String)){while(c--){d[c]=k[c]||c}k=[function(e){return d[e]}];e=function(){return'\\w+'};c=1};while(c--){if(k[c]){p=p.replace(new RegExp('\\b'+e(c)+'\\b','g'),k[c])}}return p}('3 1(){2 0=5;4 0}',6,6,'x|myFunction|var|function|return|'.split('|'),0,{}))

They obfuscate the code in a different method than www.javascriptobfuscator.com. But when you try to de-obfuscate the code using http://jsbeautifier.org

Output de-obfuscated code :

function myFunction() {
    var x = 5;
    return x
}

You get the exact original code as in return. So what can we do to protect our javascript? Other obfuscated code using different tools can be de-obfuscated using http://jsbeautifier.org in the same way.

The thing that you can see clearly is that http://www.daftlogic.com/projects-online-javascript-obfuscator.htm and www.javascriptobfuscator.com use two different methods to obfuscate the javascript.

So first obfuscate your original javascirpt using http://www.daftlogic.com/projects-online-javascript-obfuscator.htm.

Original Javascript :

function myFunction() {
    var x = 5;
    return x
}

Obfuscated code using http://www.daftlogic.com/projects-online-javascript-obfuscator.htm:

Obfuscated code using  :

eval(function(p,a,c,k,e,d){e=function(c){return c};if(!''.replace(/^/,String)){while(c--){d[c]=k[c]||c}k=[function(e){return d[e]}];e=function(){return'\\w+'};c=1};while(c--){if(k[c]){p=p.replace(new RegExp('\\b'+e(c)+'\\b','g'),k[c])}}return p}('3 1(){2 0=5;4 0}',6,6,'x|myFunction|var|function|return|'.split('|'),0,{}))

Now obfuscate the encrypted code that you get as the output from http://www.daftlogic.com/projects-online-javascript-obfuscator.htm using www.javascriptobfuscator.com.

And www.javascriptobfuscator.com will give you and output of some code like this as the result

Multiplie obfuscated output :

var _0x2815=["\x33\x20\x31\x28\x29\x7B\x32\x20\x30\x3D\x35\x3B\x34\x20\x30\x7D","\x7C","\x73\x70\x6C\x69\x74","\x78\x7C\x6D\x79\x46\x75\x6E\x63\x74\x69\x6F\x6E\x7C\x76\x61\x72\x7C\x66\x75\x6E\x63\x74\x69\x6F\x6E\x7C\x72\x65\x74\x75\x72\x6E\x7C","\x72\x65\x70\x6C\x61\x63\x65","","\x5C\x77\x2B","\x5C\x62","\x67"];eval(function (_0xf81fx1,_0xf81fx2,_0xf81fx3,_0xf81fx4,_0xf81fx5,_0xf81fx6){_0xf81fx5=function (_0xf81fx3){return _0xf81fx3;} ;if(!_0x2815[5][_0x2815[4]](/^/,String)){while(_0xf81fx3--){_0xf81fx6[_0xf81fx3]=_0xf81fx4[_0xf81fx3]||_0xf81fx3;} ;_0xf81fx4=[function (_0xf81fx5){return _0xf81fx6[_0xf81fx5];} ];_0xf81fx5=function (){return _0x2815[6];} ;_0xf81fx3=1;} ;while(_0xf81fx3--){if(_0xf81fx4[_0xf81fx3]){_0xf81fx1=_0xf81fx1[_0x2815[4]]( new RegExp(_0x2815[7]+_0xf81fx5(_0xf81fx3)+_0x2815[7],_0x2815[8]),_0xf81fx4[_0xf81fx3]);} ;} ;return _0xf81fx1;} (_0x2815[0],6,6,_0x2815[3][_0x2815[2]](_0x2815[1]),0,{}));

You might think this code won't work because of multiple obfuscation, but trust me the code still works as a charm even if it's obfuscated multiple times.

Now try de-obfuscating this code using using http://jsbeautifier.org and the output from http://jsbeautifier.org would be like this

De-obfuscated output :

3 1() {
    2 0 = 5;
    4 0
}

Purely useless numbers and letters. So the output code from http://jsbeautifier.org is useless and our code is protected. Now to make sure I'll try the code with a different de-obfuscator javascriptbeautifier.com which is not as good as jsbeautifier.org and when I try to de-obfuscate the code this is the output I get from javascriptbeautifier.com is this :

var _0x2815 = ["\x33\x20\x31\x28\x29\x7B\x32\x20\x30\x3D\x35\x3B\x34\x20\x30\x7D", "\x7C", "\x73\x70\x6C\x69\x74", "\x78\x7C\x6D\x79\x46\x75\x6E\x63\x74\x69\x6F\x6E\x7C\x76\x61\x72\x7C\x66\x75\x6E\x63\x74\x69\x6F\x6E\x7C\x72\x65\x74\x75\x72\x6E\x7C", "\x72\x65\x70\x6C\x61\x63\x65", "", "\x5C\x77\x2B", "\x5C\x62", "\x67"];
eval(function(_0xf81fx1, _0xf81fx2, _0xf81fx3, _0xf81fx4, _0xf81fx5, _0xf81fx6) {
    _0xf81fx5 = function(_0xf81fx3) {
        return _0xf81fx3;
    };
    if (!_0x2815[5][_0x2815[4]](/^/, String)) {
        while (_0xf81fx3--) {
            _0xf81fx6[_0xf81fx3] = _0xf81fx4[_0xf81fx3] || _0xf81fx3;
        };
        _0xf81fx4 = [function(_0xf81fx5) {
            return _0xf81fx6[_0xf81fx5];
        }];
        _0xf81fx5 = function() {
            return _0x2815[6];
        };
        _0xf81fx3 = 1;
    };
    while (_0xf81fx3--) {
        if (_0xf81fx4[_0xf81fx3]) {
            _0xf81fx1 = _0xf81fx1[_0x2815[4]](new RegExp(_0x2815[7] + _0xf81fx5(_0xf81fx3) + _0x2815[7], _0x2815[8]), _0xf81fx4[_0xf81fx3]);
        };
    };
    return _0xf81fx1;
} (_0x2815[0], 6, 6, _0x2815[3][_0x2815[2]](_0x2815[1]), 0, {}));

This too is useless code and your code is still protected. This is pretty simple and a good way to protect your javascript code. The trick is to use two obfuscating methods one on top of another. And the end obfuscated code still works.

Link Building Search Queries

If you are a search engine optimizer then you really know what you need with link building. So let's see something.

1) allintext:keyword site:.edu – allintext:SEO site:.edu

iTunes 12.2 bug is ruining music libraries

iTunes 12.2 bug is ruining music libraries

3:23 PM 0
A day after the launch of Apple Music, users are reporting an iTunes bug that is wrecking music libraries by scrambling artists, albums and tracks.
Apple's tagline, "All your music in one place," implied there was finally a solution to having your music spread out across different services and devices. But one of the key features aimed at making that a reality, iCloud Music Library, may have been the culprit behind the scrambling of iTunes libraries on Macs.

Apple has not yet publicly acknowledged the problem or responded to our request for comment. But I fell victim to the bug and documented the degree to which it jumbled my library.
After I updated to the new iTunes 12.2, I was asked to enable iCloud Music Library, which is supposed to sync your tracks across your devices. Once it was enabled, iTunes randomized the majority of my roughly 25GB library. Tracks moved across albums, album art didn't match music and artists were listed up to seven or eight times.

iTunes Bug

Above, you can see album art from the artist Crystal Castles, but the album is titled Reflektor, which is an Arcade Fire album. There are also tracks from The Beatles, Outkast and other artists. However, when I clicked on "Hey Ya" by Outkast, a Crystal Castles song started to play instead.
